Middle School

The objective of the Middle School program at PACA is to help adolescents develop intellectual, spiritual, and social maturity. Realizing the turbulence of the early-teen years, Park Avenue has deliberately created a small, stable learning environment that allows students to begin to build their Christian identity in a loving, supportive atmosphere.

We count on our highly relational faculty to guide our students in matters of the Spirit. Deeply concerned with building the Kingdom, our teachers infuse all academic activities with a clear Christian worldview. More importantly, our teachers model Christian living so that our students can see both the discipline and the joy involved in becoming a Christ-follower

We offer a variety of elective classes, computer, culinary art, photography, video editing, 3D design, Spanish, chorus, art, campus ministry, various academic competition teams, cheerleading, as well as a competitive sports program.

Park Avenue Christian Academy strives to develop outstanding citizens and leaders by participating in and promoting civic activity as we share Jesus with our community. We offer designed opportunities to develop leadership skills, and to develop philosophies to become effective citizens within the framework of the Christian faith and Christian principles.

Elementary School

Park Avenue Christian Academy strives to partner with families in providing a Christian education in a safe, encouraging setting that will assist parents in raising their children to exemplify Christ above all else. Spiritual growth is nurtured within each child during regular times of sharing God’s word through daily Bible classes, scripture memory, songs, hymns, prayer, assemblies and a weekly chapel program.

PACA is committed to developmentally-appropriate, rigorous learning in a small class setting. Our curriculum affords students the opportunity to acquire a core body of knowledge and skills in mathematics, science, literacy/language development, literature, and the social sciences through a hands-on, discovery learning approach. Character development is accentuated through daily Bible classes, a weekly chapel program, and a school-wide honor code.

Co-curricular activities – Art, Music, Library, Computer, Spanish, Praise & Worship and Physical Education – are weekly offerings that round out the rich instruction provided at the elementary level.

At Park Avenue Christian Academy, our teachers are second to none. Each teacher is called by God to minister to young people in the area of education. These committed professionals are all certified by the Association of Christian Schools International, and most of our teachers hold Florida state certification as well. As a result, our teachers provide an academically challenging and stimulating learning environment that nurtures excellence throughout the elementary experience.

Pre-School (VPK)

All Park Avenue Christian Academy early-education teachers hold the State of Florida Childhood Development Associate Credential. In addition, PACA teachers are committed to professional development and educational enhancement. Most importantly, our early childhood educators are committed to providing a secure, challenging, and positive learning environment that will foster the best qualities in each child.

Park Avenue Christian Academy provides a safe and secure environment for our youngest students. Classrooms are large, spacious, bright, and well-appointed. Classes are teacher-directed, and a strong emphasis is placed on foundational reading, communication, spiritual, and citizenship skills. In addition, we have dedicated learning centers where students can focus on age-appropriate social and developmental skills.

PACA is an approved Florida VPK provider. All qualifying four-year-old children are eligible to participate in our program. For more information on how to apply visit the following website http://www.elcbrevard.org or call the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County at 321-637-7241.

Academy Kids

The primary purpose of PACA’s child care program is to provide a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for our students needing extended care during the school day. It is our desire to create an atmosphere where students can learn to trust and enjoy healthy social interaction and develop their God-given abilities for the purpose of God’s glory.
